For us mums, pregnancy is a truly magical time for us moms, but that also brings important changes to our body. Tired legs, stretch marks and stains on the face are lurking.

To counteract them requires a lot of commitment and an impeccable beauty routine.
First, it is necessary to help the skin maintain good elasticity. A proper diet and a lot of water are not enough. Even if sometimes you feel tired, remember that sport is your own ally of well-being, even during pregnancy. Find something that makes you feel good. For example I practiced pilates up to my eighth month, but also long walks, water aerobics and yoga are a useful aid to counteract water retention, improve posture and muscle tone.

Beware of stains
During pregnancy, some skin patches may occur on your face, due to hormone caused melanin stimulation. The only remedy is to use high factor solar protection even in the city and monitor the situation. If they do not disappear after pregnancy you should contact a dermatologist.
